The Estate is the guiding coffee profile, the classic taste of Nicaraguan specialty from the heritage Arabica varieties and growing region. The top 1% Arabica Caturra, often referred to as Typica here on the farm, is showcased with her grandmother, Bourbon. Together, these coffees demonstrate the beloved Nicaraguan chocolate and citrus with balanced body.
